How hilarious that Brendan Nelson's facile "censure" stunt against the Prime Minister has backfired, as he should have expected it would:

Dr Nelson moved a censure motion against the Government this morning, attacking its handling of petrol prices and saying the Government's decision to ignore departmental advice was not acceptable.

But the Parliament has passed a motion amended by the Prime Minister to censure the Opposition Leader instead. Read more »
