Dogs Die In Hot Cars return!

Recently on this blog Chuck and TV have been discussing about how NiN have released the RAW tracks to their new album so fans can remix and fiddle with it.

In news along that track, one of my favourite bands of recent times has come back from the dead and released several new (well, aborted 2006) tracks online for people to mix how they want - and they might just appear on the new album.

I did not see this coming. Glad to have them back.

Oh Canada

Why is there not a closer affinity between Australians and Canadians? Shared head of state, shared love/hate relationship with the yanks, shared heritage (except for the French of course) … but there’s very little awareness of Canada in this country.

Anyway I’m doing my bit to improve understanding … here’s Basia Bulat to prove that Canadian pop music didn’t end with Brian Adams.

These programs are usually ancient English efforts featuring members of The Goodies (I’m Sorry, I’ll Read That Again) or the late Kenneth Williams (Just a Minute*). Read more »
