Well I told you he aint dead. It seems Kev Reynolds is up to no good again, getting his Union to fund 'independents' in the coming state election.

Norm Gallagher protege, Brain Burke friend and all round obnoxious pig, Kev 'not fat anymore' Reynolds, wants his own party and will get his Neanderthals at the CFMEU to pay for it. I mean, it's not like Kev is short of a few bob, luxury apartment in Applecross overlooking the river and all.

Anyway, it seems our good friend Mr D is on the list. His mate Lou Magro has bailed out of the preselection battle for Morley, leaving the way clear for Carpenter man Reece Whitby. Maybe Mr D will rise again? With a panama hat by the looks. He IS that greasy.

Also on the list is Battling Bob Kucera. While Mr D is dodgy enough to think having Kev on your side is a good thing, it is not so for Bob. If he indeeds intends to battle on as an independent candidate for Mt Lawley, being on the Brain Burke ticket would not be a plus you would think. Be a true independent Bob, that might work in leafy inner city Mount Lawley.

In fact the whole Kev bid brings up a few problems. Firstly, it may be a blow for Karps if the Liberals are at least functional. However at the moment they are lodged somewhere up a quokkas arsehole and seem helpless.

Secondly, who the hell would do preference deals with candidates backed by Kev and the man in the panama hat ? Pauline Hanson ?

Still it would be funny if the Libs did a deal with Kevs team. After bra snapping, chair sniffing and quokka poking, anything seems possible now.
