Premier Anna Bligh faces another conflict-of-interest test after she did not declare a free family holiday at the exclusive Sydney home of a director of a major development company.
The Courier-Mail can reveal Ms Bligh and husband Greg Withers enjoyed a three-week stay in January at the mansion of Thiess board member and former federal minister Ros Kelly.
Ms Bligh has not listed the mansion stay - which real estate sources say would be worth more than $60,000 - on her register of interests despite the rules dictating any gift valued at $500 or more should be declared if a conflict of interest "may be seen to exist".
In May, Thiess won the Airport Link project, valued at $3.4 billion.
It is the second time Ms Bligh has been caught in a potential conflict of interest after Gold Coast identity Jim Raptis paid $5500 to attend a Labor dinner with her a fortnight before a favourable development decision.
